Citywide Protest for Responsible Growth

EVENT:  Hundreds of San Diego residents from communities citywide will unite to protest the destructive and deceitful approach the city is taking to adding housing that will destroy San Diego neighborhoods for the next generation and make ownership out of reach for young families and the middle class while making developers and corporations rich.

GOALS:

1. Get media coverage

2. Send message to city officials that residents want a voice in the future growth of their communities

3. Create wider community awareness of the city's many unreasonable, senseless proposals that will destroy San Diego neighborhoods forever

4. Attract as many rally participants as possible
