Located in the Normal Heights business district, it was the long time site of DeMilles restaurant.
Why should we oppose this project as proposed?
The size, density, and height is not in conformance with our zoning regulations. In addition, it will adversely affect infrastructure such as parking, sewer, water, and traffic.

What is a the status of this project?
The developer has submitted the project to the City of San Diego, and the planning department is reviewing the application. This means that unless there are reasons to modify the project, it may proceed as submitted.
What happens to any money raised not used for the 35th and Adams project?
Any left over funds raised during this effort will go to the Normal Height Community Development Corporation and stay within the community to support local projects.
